Three
dead, two injured as plane crashes into two houses in California
A Cessna 310 crashed into two houses shortly after
it took off from Riverside Municipal Airport. The plane was heading to San
Jose, a major technology hub in California’s Bay area.
According to reports, at least one person has died
and five were injured. Fire Captain Tyler Reynolds of Riverside stated that
there were four people on board. It was not clear if the person who died was in
one of the houses or on the plane.
TTW gathered that a woman crawled from one of the
houses with her clothes on fire, saying she was the pilot of the aircraft that
crashed.
It is not yet clear what caused the crash. More details
